Morning and evening adhkar

English

We enter the morning upon the natural way of Islam, the word of sincere faith, the religion of our Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, and the way of our father Ibrahim, upright and submitted, and he was not of those who associated partners with Allah.

Urdu

ہم نے صبح کی اسلام کی فطرت پر، اخلاص کے کلمے پر، اپنے نبی محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے دین پر، اور اپنے باپ ابراہیم علیہ السلام کے طریقے پر، جو یکسو اور فرمانبردار تھے، اور مشرکوں میں سے نہ تھے۔

English

In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing in the earth or in the sky can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

Urdu

اللہ کے نام کے ساتھ، جس کے نام کے ساتھ نہ زمین میں کوئی چیز نقصان پہنچا سکتی ہے اور نہ آسمان میں، اور وہ خوب سننے والا، خوب جاننے والا ہے۔

English

O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religion, my worldly life, my family, and my wealth. O Allah, conceal my faults and calm my fears. O Allah, protect me from in front of me, from behind me, from my right, from my left, and from above me. I seek refuge in Your greatness from being taken unexpectedly from beneath me.

اے اللہ! میں تجھ سے دنیا اور آخرت میں معافی اور عافیت مانگتا ہوں۔ اے اللہ! میں تجھ سے اپنے دین، اپنی دنیا، اپنے اہل و عیال اور اپنے مال میں معافی اور عافیت مانگتا ہوں۔ اے اللہ! میرے عیبوں کو ڈھانپ دے اور میرے خوفوں کو امن میں بدل دے۔ اے اللہ! مجھے میرے سامنے سے، میرے پیچھے سے، میری دائیں جانب سے، میری بائیں جانب سے اور میرے اوپر سے محفوظ رکھ، اور میں تیری عظمت کی پناہ چاہتا ہوں کہ اچانک نیچے سے ہلاک کیا جاؤں۔

English

None has the right to be worshipped except Allah alone. He has no partner. To Him belongs all dominion and all praise, and He is over all things capable.

Urdu

اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، وہ اکیلا ہے، اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں۔ بادشاہی اسی کی ہے، ہر تعریف اسی کے لیے ہے، اور وہ ہر چیز پر پوری قدرت رکھنے والا ہے۔

Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him.

اللہ پاک ہے، اور تمام تعریف اسی کے لیے ہے۔

Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him, by the number of His creation, by His pleasure, by the weight of His Throne, and by the ink of His words.

O Allah, You are my Lord. None has the right to be worshipped except You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I abide by Your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge before You Your favor upon me, and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for none forgives sins except You.

اے اللہ! تو میرا رب ہے، تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔ تو نے مجھے پیدا کیا اور میں تیرا بندہ ہوں، اور میں اپنی طاقت کے مطابق تیرے عہد اور تیرے وعدے پر قائم ہوں۔ میں اپنے کیے ہوئے شر سے تیری پناہ چاہتا ہوں۔ میں اپنے اوپر تیری نعمت کا اقرار کرتا ہوں، اور اپنے گناہ کا بھی اقرار کرتا ہوں، پس مجھے بخش دے، کیونکہ تیرے سوا گناہوں کو کوئی نہیں بخشتا۔

English

The Messenger has believed in what was sent down to him from his Lord, and so have the believers. All of them have believed in Allah, His angels, His books, and His messengers. We make no distinction between any of His messengers. They say: We hear and we obey. We seek Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the final return. Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity. It will have the reward of what good it has earned, and it will bear the consequence of what evil it has earned. Our Lord, do not take us to task if we forget or make a mistake. Our Lord, do not place upon us a burden like the one You placed upon those before us. Our Lord, do not place upon us what we have no strength to bear. Pardon us, forgive us, and have mercy upon us. You are our Protector, so grant us victory over the disbelieving people.

رسول اس پر ایمان لائے جو ان کے رب کی طرف سے ان پر نازل کیا گیا، اور مومن بھی۔ سب اللہ پر، اس کے فرشتوں پر، اس کی کتابوں پر اور اس کے رسولوں پر ایمان لائے۔ ہم اس کے رسولوں میں کسی کے درمیان فرق نہیں کرتے۔ اور انہوں نے کہا: ہم نے سنا اور ہم نے اطاعت کی۔ اے ہمارے رب! ہم تیری مغفرت چاہتے ہیں، اور تیری ہی طرف لوٹ کر آنا ہے۔ اللہ کسی جان کو اس کی طاقت سے بڑھ کر مکلف نہیں بناتا۔ جو نیکی وہ کرے گی اس کا فائدہ اسی کو ملے گا، اور جو برائی وہ کمائے گی اس کا وبال اسی پر ہوگا۔ اے ہمارے رب! اگر ہم بھول جائیں یا خطا کر بیٹھیں تو ہمیں نہ پکڑ۔ اے ہمارے رب! ہم پر ایسا بوجھ نہ رکھ جیسے تو نے ہم سے پہلے لوگوں پر رکھا تھا۔ اے ہمارے رب! ہم پر وہ چیز نہ ڈال جس کی ہمیں طاقت نہ ہو۔ اور ہمیں معاف فرما، ہمیں بخش دے، اور ہم پر رحم فرما۔ تو ہی ہمارا کارساز ہے، پس کافر لوگوں کے مقابلے میں ہماری مدد فرما۔
